Dundonald

Scotland > South of Scotland > Ayrshire > Dundonald

Dundonald is virtually a single street village of old weavers cottages and some newer buildings off. It lies north east of Troon, in South Ayrshire. The most prominent feature is the recently renovated Dundonald Castle where King Robert II died in 1390 which stands on a hill to the west of this small village.
