YesScotland.com : A view of St Abbs Located off the A1at the junction with the B6438, 7 miles north of Berwick-upon-tweed.

Located on the south east coast, the village of St. Abbs is a community with a rich heritage and a lovely location. The village was founded on fishing in the past, but less today.

Popular with visitors, the village has in the last 20 years experianced a decline in its population. The unique location and atmosphere of the village has resulted in quite a few of the houses being bought as holiday homes and as such they are occupied for only a few weeks of the year.

Today the village still retains a strong and distinct sense of community.
