Picturesque Port Askaig is a small hamlet on the Island of Islay in the Inner Hebrides. The village is dominated by the pier, where the ferry to Jura docks. Nearby, Loch Finlaggan is home to a ruined castle formerly belonging to the Lords of the Isles.
