Old Rattray

Situated on the River Ericht, Old Rattray forms part of the village and parish of Rattray, which means 'The Fort Of The Hunter'. The name was inspired by the ancient fort situated on a mound to the east of the village. Old Rattray Kirk was established in 1170.
